If i could recommend only five books to someone interested in Liberty.
.) A Liberty primer. By Alan Burris. - Seriously i think this is one of the all around best books on liberty and covers so many bases, with a good rec reading list at the end. If i only had one book on the subject i would choose this.
.) Why Government doesn't work. By Harry Browne. Great read on the subject. Harry Browne was a master communicator. When i first read this i kept finding myself nodding my head and saying "exactly!"
.) For a New Liberty. By Murray Rothbard. Once you get exposed to Rothbard, it's hard to look at things the same.
.) Free to Choose. By Milton Friedman. Milton Friedman was a master of communicating libertarian principles. He explains the virtues of a free market as good as anyone ever has in this book. Well worth the time.
.) The Mainspring of Human Progress. By Henry Grady Weaver. Excellent read.
